Wow, I can't believe I haven't posted for a month. Lots has been going on. The 
electrical is in; the plumbing is in; the HVAC is in, including the geothermal unit and "field"; the fireplaces are in; wiring for surround sound downstairs and speakers upstairs is in. I think we are out of money.

I think we are out of money.The work goes on, and it is all looking good--we still love the layout and room sizes and are excited to start picking out the "finishes" It will be much more fun (and maybe more nerve-wracking) to pick out colors for the floor and faucets and lights and doorknobs than it was picking out wires and light switch placements!
The official inspections of the "guts" of the place occurred this week, and evidently everything passed, because they started spray-foaming the insulation the other day. It looks like a set for a bad horror movie, but it's very interesting. Bob watched them for a while yesterday, but he didn't have a moon suit, so I guess he couldn't help!
